5. Purdy Family gathering The only people we know for sure in the picture are: Middle front, Cordy Adwell Purdy (John F Purdys oldest son) has a mustache. Back row: wearing a white blouse with a bow, is Viola Maybell Purdy Beshears, her husband Arthur McGinnis is to her left.
Cordy was born in 1875, so I am guessing he may be around 40, Maybell was born in 1881, she married Ira in 1916, they did not have any children. So I am guessing the picture was taken abt 1916-1917.
